Turkish Grand Prix podium at last become the property of Ferrari in the name of Fernando Alonso who finished behind the duo of Red Bull, Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber. It was Ferrari's first podium this year.
"In general, we are indeed improving. If you see the distance in qualifying, we've cut it. Similarly, in terms of speed in the race," said principal Ferrari, Stefano Domenicali, in Crash.
"Obviously, it is something I expect from the people and the engineers (at Ferrari). I think to see what we did in Turkey, we are on the right path," said Domenicali.
Despite sounding optimistic, Domenicali choose to be cautious in setting targets. Two series in the future, namely the Spanish Grand Prix and the Monaco GP, not a snapshot. Ferrari is targeted Canadian Grand Prix which took place on 12 June.
"The important thing for Turkey is the certainty that we are on the right track. We want to correct errors that we found in the wind tunnel," said Domenicali.
"We still need time. We do not target could turn things around quickly. Our plan is that we are ready to win in Canada," Domenicali determination.
