Zagreb - In order to achieve the title as The Biggest Human Smiley in The World, 768 citizens of Croatia together form a group configuration.
They come together to make a circle using a yellow raincoat and black to form a smiley face in the world. Similarly, as quoted Dailymail, Tuesday (10/05/2011).
Action 768 people was held in downtown Zagreb, Croatia. Despite the scorching sun shining on their actions rollicking rain jacket, they're still smiling after the previous title carried by Latvian citizens, Riga, which includes 551 residents. (RHS)
