Kizza Besigye who lost the presidential nomination last February saying that the election had been rigged.
Besigye also become victims of assault in April last by police officers during demonstrations over rising food prices.
As reported by the BBC on Wednesday (11/05/2011), the police said that Besigye has provoked the demonstrators, so that now he was arrested on charges of inciting violence.
