Explosion in police station injures 16 people

PESHAWAR - large explosion damaged a police station on Wednesday morning in Peshawar, Pakistan, near the Afghan border.
Eexplosion injured 16 people and caused severe damage in the postal police.

Eyewitnesses said a car containing the bomb hit a police station.

The explosion broke glass sekuruh building. Shortly after the incident, the police and the army declared a state of emergency.

The incident occurred approximately a half mile from the consulate office of the United States (U.S.) and in the same district when a car bomb exploded last week. At that time the group was passing Consulate. (RHS)
