Perpetrators of the murders was a homeless man from Bulgaria. The man who concealed his identity was detained by security officers after he ran out of the supermarket on the island of Tenerife, Spain.
An eyewitness told local radio, Cadena Ser, that he saw the man throw a woman's head onto the pavement after exiting from the supermarket.
"I parked my car and saw a man running with something bloody in his hand and a security guard chasing him," said the eyewitness was quoted as News.com.au, Saturday (14/05/2011).
"He threw it into the ground, it's almost about me and what he brought was the head of the woman," added the eyewitness who was not named.
According to local government officials Dominica Fernandez, the alleged perpetrator is believed to enter the store and then stole a knife which he uses to behead the victim. The identity of the victim has not been released.
It is said Fernandez told reporters the attack was apparently random attack. Actors have been well known in the area.
Sadistic event took place on Friday, May 13 am local time in the city of Arona, about 15 kilometers north of the beach resort of Los Cristianos in Tenerife.
