Recipe Tempe: Tempe Vegetable croquettes

Croquette this one specifically for little ones who do not like vegetables. Protein tempeh and carrots will make this snack rich in protein and fiber. Yum ... yum!

Material:
250 g tempeh a nice, steaming, cut roughly
100 g chicken meat
1 egg
2 tbsp plain flour
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
1 / 2 tsp nutmeg powder
1 teaspoon salt
50 g carrot, finely crushed, squeezed
cooking oil

Method:

* Enter the tempeh, chicken and other ingredients in a food processor until smooth. If no, puree and minced chicken tempeh until smooth and mix with all ingredients.
* Enter the carrots, turn the food processor briefly.
* Shape dough into a long round or spherical.
* Fry in hot oil and a lot to yellowish.
* Remove and drain.
