Will be notified Arrested, Wife Taxable Mubarak Heart Attack
Cairo - The wife of former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, Suzanne Thabet, was rushed to hospital ICU Sharm el-Sheikh because of a heart attack. This incident followed an arrest warrant issued by the Egyptian authorities because of allegations of corruption.
"Heart attacks and a sharp rise in blood pressure, she (Suzanne) will be treated in an observation room," said the head of the Hospital of Sharm el-Sheikh, Mohammed Fathallah, told AFP on Saturday (14 / 5).
The news came hours after the Anti-Corruption Agency (IGA) in Egypt issued a detention order to the wife of former women's prison Qanatar Mubarak.
Previously reported, the local authority plans to move Suzanne to jail woman located near the city of Cairo to use the aircraft. The move was taken due consideration of land routes that are not safe.
"Because of the danger if by land," said Chief of Security in South Sinai, Mohamed al-Khatib.
Suzanne accused of illegally enriching themselves from the regime of Mubarak led Egypt's ruling. Suzanne is also rumored as the brains behind the takeover plans of her husband, Mubarak, to his son, Gamal.
Mubarak himself has been detained since 13 April in Sharm el-Sheik hospital after reportedly experiencing heart attacks. He has been interrogated local attorney for some charges, including ordering the shooter antirezim Mubarak.
