Microsoft has confirmed will buy Skype with fantastic price of USD 8.5 billion. The flow of funds from Microsoft that will be enjoyed by some parties, who they are and what kind of distribution?

First, eBay is expected to reap U.S. $ 2.255 billion. This is due to purchase 30 percent shares of Skype by eBay in 2005.
Second, Skype founder Niklas Zennström and Janus Friis may get USD 1.19 billion. They currently have 14 percent shares of Skype.
The third party investors is composed of Silver Lake, Andreessen and Horowitz Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB). They control 56 percent of shares of Skype and will get USD 4.76 billion.
